Roles & Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
- Welcome guests politely and provide professional service.
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer queries and requests.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant dining experience.
2. Personal Grooming & Professional Behaviour
Candidates should maintain good personal hygiene and a neat, presentable appearance. Politeness, patience, discipline and a positive attitude are important for this position.
3. Table Management
- Arrange tables, cutlery, glassware and napkins.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
- Clear and clean tables after customers leave.
- Ensure the restaurant area is ready for the next guests.
4. Team Coordination
Coordinate with kitchen staff, cashiers and other service team members to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
